Shipping Policy

After we receive your order, they are meticulously picked, sometimes made and packed, and securely wrapped, ensuring that they are ready to be dispatched to you within 72 hours, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on the next business day.

We ship packages through Australia Post Business, providing options for both standard and express shipping. Every package comes with a distinct tracking number, enabling you to track its progress all the way to your doorstep.

For standard orders that weigh more than 5kg, they will be sent as separate parcels.

​

Express shipping allows a maximum weight of 5kg.

​

Delivery times across Australia are as follows:

Express 1-2 business days

Standard 4-5 business days, but may extend to 10 business days depending on postal services.

Please be aware that delivery times can exceed the usual estimates during peak periods, Christmas season and public holidays.
