Let us know as soon as possible. We will try to send the correct item as soon as possible. Due to health regulations bath and body products cannot be returned once the seal is broken. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as it not meeting your expectations, like the scent, colour discrepancies, or a breakage. Contact us before deciding to return your product, take a photo and email us for the best solution. Our products are handmade and poured and might have slight imperfections, when creating these products which make them unique and individual.
